国际商务行为中的文化差异
摘 要: 全球化经济和国际企业为基于不同社会文化的人际间交往的发展带来了很多机遇。人的行为恰似一种"无声的语言"影响其商业活动的成功,这一点在谈判过程中表现得尤为明显。这篇论文简要阐述了如下五个部分:什么是文化差异,文化是怎样影响不同文化间的交往,如何分析和利用文化差异等。着重详细分析了窘异的文化背景对国际商务谈判方式产生的不同影响。文章同时指出了文化是影响人的谈判方式,思维方式,决策方式及语言使用的一个重要因素,并针对差异提出了几点想法。

Cultural Diversity in International Business Behavior
Abstract: The global economy and international business ventures have brought many occasions for the development of interpersonal relationships among people who were socialized into different cultures. People's behavior is a "silent language" that affects their success especially in the negotiation. The thesis identifies five concepts that summarize what is the diversity of culture, how culture affects intercultural interactions and how to analyze and utilize it.
