摘要现代社会的变革与进步，使现代化的内涵不断扩大，涵盖了社会、经济、政治、文化和生活的各个方面，也使党的工作面临大量的新课题、新矛盾，需要我们根据新的形势不断加以探索解决。结合现代信息技术的发展，开创全新的党建工作领域，这是时代发展的要求，也是时代发展的必然。本文
就是以此为背景，从实际出发，在分析目前学校党建管理存在问题的基础上，结合信息管理系统的概念、结构、基本原理和方法，运用当前普遍采用的asp技术和SQL Sever数据库设计,开发了一套学生党建管理系统。该系统由党员资料查找，新闻版块，投票版块，留言版块，网上征文版块，在线学习版块，在线综合考试版块组成。系统操作简单，界面简洁，使用此系统能较大地提高党建管理的效率，使信息技术在党务活动中得到充分的应用.

Abstract
With the development of the modern society, The intension of modernization has enlarged day by day, including society、 economy、 politics、 culture、 life and so on， the work of the party is faced with new task and contradiction, so we should explore and solve these problems based new situation. 1.1.1 国内外现状
随着教育事业的发展，终身学习越来越被广大群众所接受，高等教育的比例也有所上升，由此而花在教育事业上的资源、经费也越来越多。学生数量的增长，教育规模的扩大势必会造成在管理上的难度，学院的二级管理模式等方式的采用，虽然在很大程度上提高了管理的效率。但是，由于大学里一般都采用自主选课，交叉选课，而且教师队伍的庞大，势必会给教育教学带来很大的困难与不便。再者，大学里的教学模式已不再是高中，初中时义务教育的灌输式学习，它提倡自我学习，自我教育，课余时间也不再是学生在教室自习，而老师在旁边辅导学习。对于教师而言，教师也不再像义务教育那样完成自己的授业任务就可以了，他们有自己的课题研究，有自己在学术上的继续深造，因而时间相对也不那么宽裕。面对不同的教学方式，我们应该用不同的方法去进行处理。
